CONSULTATION

Every project begins with a consultation to help us get to know you, your home and how you live. We’ll help you figure out what you need and want from your Smart home, offering expert advice and solutions to enhance your lifestyle.

BUDGET ESTIMATE

Following this consultation, we’ll provide a budget estimate. This is just a ballpark figure based on what we’ve discussed without viewing the property.

SITE VISIT & FORMAL QUOTE

If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a detailed site visit and/or look over any building/renovation plans you may have. Based on this, we’ll provide a formal quote.

BESPOKE DESIGN PACK

Once we’ve received 10% of the final balance, we’ll create a bespoke design pack for your approval. You’ll have the opportunity to request any amendments before signing off the final design.

COMPONENTS

A second payment covering 70% of the final balance is required to secure the necessary components. Due to the current climate, some items have a long lead time and prices can increase if they are not secured immediately.

1ST FIX

Installation begins. If necessary, we’ll liaise with your project manager and any additional trades to ensure the job goes smoothly. A further 10% of the final balance is due to cover works completed so far.

2ND FIX

As soon as installation has been completed, we’ll commission the system, programme everything and run checks to ensure it’s set up correctly. Another 5% of the final balance will be due.

MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME

Once you’ve been living in your new Smart home for 1-2 months, we’ll check in to see how you’re getting on and make any final alterations to the system preferences. For example, the keypads on light switches won't be engraved until you’re 100% happy with the settings. At this point, your final payment will be due.

MAINTENANCE

Your Control4 Smart Home Automation System requires ongoing programming and updates, so we always include a one-year maintenance package. Beyond this, we have various maintenance options available for an annual fee or on a monthly subscription basis.
